Tagline/slogan For Handyman/lawn/paint Etc

I'm creating a website for a friend who claims his business is Property Management but what he really does is lawn care, landscaping, interior & exterior painting, snowplowing, carpentry and other 'handyman' type stuff.

I'm looking for a tagline/slogan for this type of business.

His customers range from locals to 2nd homeowners and he is located in a very small New England town.

He also builds small sheds, installs vinyl siding, builds and refinishes decks, retaining walls and taking care of people's property. That's why he calls it Property Management. But if you search for 'property management' you find companies with rental units and such. He doesn't do that.

    The 'all trades' is certainly true - this guy does anything.
