Before becoming KCRW's director of talk programming, Sarah Sweeney was the managing producer of Press Play with Madeleine Brand, and prior to that, a producer for KCRW’s To The Point and Which Way, LA? Prior to that, she worked as a freelance producer on All Things Considered newscasts and several KPCC programs, including Take Two and The Frame. Sarah interned for NPR’s National Desk in 2013 while finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science at Cal State LA. Sarah is a Southern California native who enjoys hiking in the San Gabriel Mountains with her husband.
